Aoi automatic optical inspection, is based on optical principles to welding production of common defects detection
equipment, when the automatic inspection, the machine through the camera automatically scanning PCB, image
acquisition, the solder joints tested are compared with the qualified parameters in the database, and after image
processing, the defects on the PCB are checked out, and the defects are displayed/marked by the monitor or
automatic mark for the maintenance personnel to repair.
